There was a part where he used a prism to split the light into its separate wavelengths.
He was talking about leaves absorbing most of the frequencies, and reflecting the green light (which is why we see them as green).
This is a great example of how we do not really see the leaf, but only the light reflected from it.
He was also wearing a bright red jumper and that was what really caught my eye.
That jumper is no more red than it is sky blue pink. it just soaks up all the other colours in the composite light and reflects some of the red band.
